Coalition Board members from Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) will present information about the organization’s POLST pilot project, as well as share information about the advances of POLST in California, as part of the Coalition’s September board meeting audio conference. The hour-long conference will be held on September 18 at 11 am PT. Detailed information about registering for the presentation (limited to the first 125 registrants) will be added to this Web site in early September, and also included in the September issue of E-News.
