Americans for Better Care of the Dying aims to improve end-of-life care by learning which social and political changes will lead to enduring, efficient, and effective programs. Their website highlights national news and political decisions affecting end-of-life care. 

Center to Advance Palliative Care provides health care professionals with the tools, training, and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care programs in hospitals and other health care settings. The website includes information about training opportunities, resource materials, audio conferences and the Palliative Care Leadership Center initiative. 

George Washington Institute of Spirituality and Health is a leading organization on educational and clinical issues related to spirituality and health.

National Catholic Bioethics Center conducts research, consultation, publishing and education to promote human dignity in health care and the life sciences, deriving its message directly from the teachings of the Catholic Church. The results of this research are shared on the website as well as their educational and publishing activities, workshops and seminars.

National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's mission is to lead and mobilize social change for improved care at the end of life.  Organizational tools, professional education, updated information on regulatory and industry arenas and the hospice and palliative care community are offered.

Palliative Care Study Center offers an array of dowloads and other reference materials dealing with end-of-life, collaborative expertise and data to support hospitals and other health care organizations that serve patients at end of life.   

Palliative Dementia Care Resources
Palliative Dementia Care Resources (PDCR) was established in 2006 to provide resources and information to help people make decisions about end-of-life care and services for individuals with dementia. PDCR is committed to advancing quality end-of-life care for individuals with advancing dementia and serving as a resource for family and professional caregivers. Created by Polisher Research Institute and funded by the Farber Family Foundation, PDCR guides professional and family caregivers to news, educational materials, and organizations related to palliative care for individuals living with advanced dementia. In addition, PDCR provides a forum in which family and professional caregivers exchange views, identify needs and possible solutions.

Promoting Excellence in End-of-Life is a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the foundation allocated $15 million in grants and technical support to innovative programs to change the face of dying in America. Website includes the report, products, training, resources and workgroup reports.
