We invite health care systems or related organizations committed to improving end-of-life care to join our Coalition. Together we can challenge the status quo and improve health care so individuals with life-threatening illness can live fully and comfortably, surrounded by family and loved ones, until they die.

As a member you can extend your influence far beyond your facility or geographical area. You can help shape our important work nationally and help your own patients by gaining early and complete access to innovative tools and techniques. Together we can combine voices to become one strong voice.

We recognize that there are many individuals who wish to improve care, but unfortunately we do not accept individual memberships at this time. However, we would be happy to add you to our complimentary monthly E-News distribution list. Please contact Peggy Berwick to be added to the list.
