Catholic Healthcare Partners has hospice programs in seven of its regional health systems and palliative initiatives in all regional systems.  Over 950 of CHP's associates have been trained in the past three years in the principles and techniques of palliative care to help ensure that we provided patient-centered care near the end of life.
