The Coalition is a non-profit organization supported by members committed to improving end-of-life care. A Board of Directors, with representation from each member organization, guides the work of the Coalition. The board meets regularly to review work in-progress, discuss new opportunities and evaluate future plans. Our work would not be possible without the support and dedication of all of our member organizations.
